Who's leading the conversation?
This visualization below allows you to see the impact that each user has on the current conversation. The top row contains the group of users who have had the most impact, the 2nd row the group of users who have had the 2nd most impact (et cetera). Users with similar impact are grouped together, and the average score of the group is shown to the left of the group. The author of the article is also shown on the left, in their corresponding group. Each user's score is based on the number of comments the user has made plus the number of votes their comments have received. The scores are calculated relative one another, so while their absolute value is not particularly important, their relative difference does indicate a larger difference in impact on the conversation.

It should be an easy knockout for Biden, but that of course depends on the questions. If the obvious questions are asked, she could actually survive this. Here's a couple of questions I would like to ask. Why have scientists lied to us about evolution? Can Muslims and Jews get into heaven? Which leg do I bring in to prove I've killed a wolf? When is it okay to have sex out of wedlock? And, what should I do if I find out my brother is gay?

Gosh I hope he does hold it together. With the McCain camp blaming the media and crying sexism, ole Joe will have a hard time. They lowered the bar so low for Sarah Barracuda, that if she just get through the debate without puking, they'll declare victory. Funny how Sarah Palin is a Joe six-pack now.

BREAKING:

NEW YORK — Gwen Ifill has a broken ankle, but she'll still serve as the upcoming vice presidential debate's moderator.

The veteran PBS newswoman tripped in her Washington area home while walking downstairs Monday, carrying material she was using to prep for the debate between Joe Biden and Sarah Palin.

Hmmmmm. Suspicious?

Will Ifill's pain medication play a role? Will she go easier on anyone? Or will the pain make her a pain? Drama. Intrigue. It'll be gourmet popcorn for Thursday night, that's for sure!

I think that the only was that Biden would lose this this debate with Palin is either he's very rude or is literally brain-dead.

Sadly, as we discuss this topic, Palin is cramming for her big test to be considered a viable vice presidential candidate. And, everyone is being so careful that she is not overly challenged during the debate lest it appear she is being picked on. Even the pundits are saying all she needs to do is come across as charming and she could actually win the debate. Biden is being told he can't appear too intelligent or too experienced or he will appear elite. What's wrong with this picture?

So far not too bad .  There is something distracting me though........just not right....I can't put my finger on it.  Ahh HAA!   I have finally figured it out.  Joe's botox is waaay overdone.  It actually hurts him with that blank expression not matching what he is saying.

During the debate Palin agreed with VP Cheney's interpretation of the role of VP...the truth is that she does not know the role of the VP, still.   This is ludicrous.  Biden said, Cheney is the most dangerous VP in the history of the U.S.  When Biden answered the same question about what is the role of the VP, Palin's then realized that her answer was seriously dumb and dangerous because she sided with Cheney.
